Hi all,

My name has been sent to ccris cz i had some issue paying my PL two years back. I had three month outstanding that time cz i was unemployed but after got a job i have settled the outstanding and have been making prompt payment.

My PL was with CIMB and they have put under the special attention list. However, i have settled the total amount last week and i have received the release letter from them.

I would like apply a person loan for RM20,000. Is it possible?im looking for repayment within 3years? which bank to opt for?

My basic salary is Rm2.7k and i have no commitment at all.

Try Al-Rajhi bank. They're quite good and same goes for the financing rate. Also now they have a promo during Raya to defer payment 2 months. 1st timers the paper-work quite tedious as disbursement is to a new savings a/c you've to open with them. Once approved, the disbursement is really fast.

haii, i have salary around 2K monthly, i want to take PL around 4k - 6K, which bank offer the best interest or offer, can u guys help me out. thank you.

Give Al-Rajhi Bank a try. I got a loan from them and find them to be very competitive. Just ensure you provide all the documents they ask for. Also if you don't want them to call your office to verify with your HR on your employment, get a letter of confirmation from HR providing information like your tenure of service and salary, allowance etc... now AlRajhi is offering 2 months deferrment till Nov/Dec to make your first payment.

Im oweing credit cards about RM12k. Personal loan needed to settle one short in order to save some interest. Any bank now doing promo?

That's what I did with Al Rajhi Bank. If you'r credit card outstandings isn't that bad, just do a personal loan with Al Rajhi but don't do the balance transfer. I was approved for personal financing on the 26th and money disbursed to my a/c on 27th however I am still waiting on them to effect the balance transfer to my credit cards!

Hi guys,

I am going to apply for a personal loan of at least RM35,000 to settle my credit card debts with repayment period of 3 years.  sad.gif

Just wanna check with the experts here whether my loan will be approve. Currently I have 3 credit cards and a hire purchase for my car.  cry.gif  My basic salary is RM6,000 per month working in a private sector. I got an offer for the personal loan which will auto deduct from my salary as repayment.  rclxms.gif

I've also went to Bank Negara to check my CCRIS status.  cry.gif Please advice whether will it be approve or not.

Thanks!  smile.gif

Well I think the bank is going to make you do a debt consolidation (balance transfer) with the PL you going to apply since youre exposure is quite high and late payment on your hire purchase. And they might also suck you dry with the interest by making the tenor of the PL longer than what you want. Al Rajhi (I only know this bank since I took a PL or technically PF(Personal Financing))... you can borrow max RM30K with a RM6K basic.

Thanks for your suggestion! However, Balance Transfer need to apply a credit card from that bank 1st right? I tried apply a new credit card thru few banks however my application was rejected. Will it be the same result if I apply for balance transfer?  icon_question.gif

My guess would be probably so as it is also an unsecured credit facility. But don't let that deter you but you should try to figure out the reason by visiting BNM and obtaining your CCRIS report.

Hi all
I need advice
I'm planning to apply for personal loan around 25k to pay my outstanding study loan.
I'm a contract government staff but been working for 8 years already with around 3k salary.
My commitment is my car and credit card less than 5k.
Am I eligible?
Please advice.
My study loan is accumulating because of the interest although I've been paying steadily for the past few years.

Thanks in advance!

Most bank would offer max 5X your monthly salary. So that can lower your study loan if the interest is lower...
