I need all sifus advise

I was under AKPK and was release 2 months ago, i had my personal loan from Hong Leong settle recently. Do i still applicable to apply personal loan for medical purpose?

I tried to apply thru OCBC and got rejected and it says it was the Hong Leong Bank have not updated the ccris report, but i have the settlement letter with me.

Is it possible to apply?
