i got price solutions (stan chart agent) calling me to offer cash-on-call for 3.99%. but everytime i ask them to e-mail or fax over details, they said okay but nothing was sent. how to do business like that?

I just got to know that the cash-on-call by standard chartered @ 3.99% is hari raya promotion..
