QUOTE(ZeneticX @ Aug 17 2011, 01:16 AM) None of us know when bulldozer is coming out or how much its gonna be. But if u insist getting AMD now..can try check phenom II x4 955 and also the x6 1090. But they are only on par with an intel i3 jn gaming even if they have 6 cores. But trust me...u will never go wrong with Intel although a bit expensive. Im an AMD ex-user too.. |

QUOTE(eugoreez @ Aug 17 2011, 06:52 PM) wise choice bro.. i've jump ship from ps3 to pc on BC2.. it is totally different.. im sure BF3 would be the same.. 24 vs 64 players, very different experience playing on 720p is not even stressful for the card. TV resolution only go up to 1080p however monitor resolution can go up to 1600p.. Correct me if im wrong. I heard Frostbite 2 is optimized pretty good too, but i wouldnt trust them. Looking at the graphics...u definitely need a real good gpu for u to max out.i think a 3.0ghz+ quad core and a rm400 GC can run this game on at least medium... maybe even high.. on standard 17 -24 inch monitors la.. if on TV with higher than |

^Core 2 Duo can play bc2 smoothly? my previous Phenom 2 x3 710 could not run it smoothly. I got fps about 30 to 50 at max settings. But after i changed my cpu to i5 2500k, my fps now goes up to 70~80 fps. A huge boost! Sandy Bridge rocks.

In fact, this mouse made me think Razer is over rated. Its not bad, but for the price i paid for it doesn't justify the quality of it. The matte surface of the mouse is coming off already..my mouse is less than 1 year old.

QUOTE(DarkknightDK @ Aug 18 2011, 05:52 PM) Yeah man..don't know about u.. But In SP mode really runs smoothly lol... Here are my details, can this play BF3 at possibly the lowest settings? What u guys think? Single player is different to multiplayer. I have no problem playing on SP using my old rig. This maybe becoz the map is small and less physical things are happening around.Processor: IntelĀ® Core2 Duo CPU E7200 @ 2.53GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.5GHz Memory: 4096MB RAM Hard Drive: 79 GB Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM v1.1) |

^ means no internet, no single player campaign for you. Not a problem for me, but maybe to some. Why cant they integrate server browser like valve? Fast and smooth.

QUOTE(infernoaswen @ Aug 19 2011, 12:20 AM) Battlelog is the game client? something like steam? i m new to battlefield sorry for my noobness Not a game client, its a server browser. You choose a server from this website and launch the game from there to join. Why no server browser in game? Ask DICE.. Sucks? yea..but u will get used to it.anyway i just got 1 question...will there be malaysia servers? or singapore? can we choose it? anyone know anything about the server? if there is then i m confirm getting it Sure got SG servers...malaysia not so fast. But i believe Malaysia Battlefield Team (MBT) will host a server sometime later. |
