We renting one of the houses nearby and are thinking of buying a unit to stay, but previously I heard complaints from home owners about the problem with too many ABNB units - someone told me that there was a person who managed multiple ABNB units there and even advertised on booking.com as a hotel.

Another problem i heard about was a lot of foreigners there as well, so there were some concerns with security issues

Any residents of Le Yuan who can clarify if the rumours are true? I have school going children so prefer a safer environment that they can go down and play on their own without so much security risks

I don't think there is much AirBNB. Don't recall seeing any recently to be honest. Management has been really strict about this, due to complaints from residents.

How is the environment currently? Considering to buy but notice quite a number of units on sale which don't seem like a good sign? Is it due to management issues, airbnb units, foreigners, etc.? Leyuan has reach it mature stage. Some owners past few years sold with handsome profit. Could be many owners want to pluck the fruit now.

Property price at Kuchai Happy Garden area here consider quite stable. Leyuan's location here is good, secluded at the same time not far from commercial area. Especially it not far away from the famous La Salle Chinese primary school.

For the next boom stage could be need to wait for last big piece of empty land to develop that next to Leyuan. And also the land next to Seringin condo.
