How is the environment currently? Considering to buy but notice quite a number of units on sale which don't seem like a good sign? Is it due to management issues, airbnb units, foreigners, etc.? Also wondering how much is the maintenance fee now with so many facilities and the man-made beach. Appreciate if someone could share more info. Thanks
