We renting one of the houses nearby and are thinking of buying a unit to stay, but previously I heard complaints from home owners about the problem with too many ABNB units - someone told me that there was a person who managed multiple ABNB units there and even advertised on booking.com as a hotel.

Another problem i heard about was a lot of foreigners there as well, so there were some concerns with security issues

Any residents of Le Yuan who can clarify if the rumours are true? I have school going children so prefer a safer environment that they can go down and play on their own without so much security risks
