Just less than 2 years ago, KU2 launched 22X 75 freehold landed DSL for 460K with DIBS, 5/95 etc. Fast forward today, at this budget only qualify for type B-1009 s.f. with 2 carparks and nearly fully furnished minus bells and whistles. I can only scratch my head wondering whether I should discard my old school thinking..
