I don't know is it a good idea if turn this development into a hotel since lotsa of industrial parks/factories are located in the surrounding.

The MOT is signed after apartment is completed (after 3 years). What are the risk? You guys have any info?
*
Do not know what will be the attendant risks.

Purchaser need to pay for the MOT and MOT is caculated based on house value. Probably after 3 yrs, the MOT is almost 10k for 460k apartment....Dont know this is good or bad
*
it is bad if MOT is payable by purchaser himself.

MOT for those previous link houses phases are borne by Paramount.

Does 'fully furnished' includes TV, bed, sofa, floor carpet etc?
*

Things really happen so fast.

Just less than 2 years ago, KU2 launched 22X 75 freehold landed DSL for 460K with DIBS, 5/95 etc.

Fast forward today, at this budget only qualify for type B-1009 s.f. with 2 carparks and nearly fully furnished minus bells and whistles.

I can only scratch my head wondering whether I should discard my old school thinking..

There is no standard rule for the market movement.

Just trust your own judgment will do. (because whatever results, noone will be blamed except yourself. LOL)
