There weren't much updates going on from 1.6 so when its database gets into the public for long, its easily be accessible by hackers to get the code and modify it for aimbot/wallhack blablabla.

But gaming these days, you are sure won't be able to counter hackers, there will be 1 out of 10 people will be using it, but that won't really happen if you play scrim/matches most of the time.
