Eh, I've noticed though, with the 10lb bags from both ON and Scivation, after a while the seal gets lose and moisture or even worse, other things, may get in. So, I immediately fill up my empty tubs with the whey when I buy a new bag.

im a noob when it comes to these things . best part is i didnt know the bag was resealable else it would have made my life soooo much easier

well, she did put water into the tub and let it soak over night with dish washing liquid... now she uses the tubs to make organic fertilizers for the garden lol

Yea same. For me pre w/o is dinner, post w/o protein blend followed by supper an hour later. Supper usually don't control but avoid fried stuffs la haha. Follow a bit dl style . Prob is where to fit casein in there!

I will only take casein on non wo days as pre bed if I were u. I feel my dinner/supper is sufficient as pre bed during wo days. No point stuffing myself more just for the sake of wanting to follow the routine. Just my opinion.

Most of the casein have run out. Even if they have stock it's vanilla. Which they say tastes like chalk.
