Lumens is 100 above the better. mine is 160 lumens but with focal lens to make the beam much brighter without taxing on your batteries.

And headlamps is better because you need two hands to setup tent and move around rocks. much much better than using one hand to hold your light.

I dont use the full brightness la, i use the medium one (brightest, medium bright, and emergency flash -3 modes).
So far i used for 1 night hike (4hrs hike plus 2hrs setting up tent and washing up), one night camp (just last sat night). Still going strong after abt 10 to 12hrs continuous usage on medium mode. Can go more also

I also got a 4LED Energizer headlamp to cucuk on top of my tent for light, and emergency use as well.

Next round camping = HAMMOCK!!!! imma look for cheap and good hammok with flynettings. folding a wet and dirty tent after camping is really yucky. and heavy also. hammock is nice. easy to clean, to carry. but hor, need good support from two trees and must kniow how to tie good knots!. But dunno if do sexing there how ar? any sifu experience?
