QUOTE(xaiemanx @ Sep 27 2011, 04:19 PM) Those from Maxis sometime are still old stock. Very old stock. But since there are from Maxis with warranty, go into any Nokia Care Center and they will do a clean format installation of Anna for you for free but you better bring your receipt. QUOTE(sklchan @ Sep 27 2011, 01:55 PM) Saw Nokia 700 and 701 in nokia store klcc already..Added on September 27, 2011, 7:15 pmNokia N9 is heading to the shops By Heidi posted on the 27th of September 2011 at 10:00AM NokiaN9BMC ESPOO, Finland – The Nokia N9 has now begun shipping to customers and stores. The beautifully designed device features an intuitive user interface that’s controlled with a simple swipe. Pre-orders for the Nokia N9 have already started in many countries, and people’s response towards the device has been extremely positive. “There is a lot of buzz around the N9 and the consumer demand has been huge,” says Product Specialist Risto Lahi from Nokia’s Flaghsip Store in Helsinki. “People love the new, button-free user interface and the intuitive way to browse the Internet. When they try out the device, they are first amazed and then impressed.” The Nokia N9 has three home views – Applications, Events and Live Applications – which enable people to navigate through the smartphone easily and get to their favourite content faster. A single swipe always takes you home, like paper gliding off a table. The Nokia N9 is available in three colours – black, cyan and magenta with 16GB and 64GB storage options to accommodate plenty of content and will be on sale in countries around the world. The estimated retail price of the Nokia N9 16GB and 64GB is approximately EUR 480 and EUR 560 before applicable taxes or subsidies, with pricing and availability varying from region to region and operator to operator. nokia has always been like this, give a new thing and then take out something. wth lah, why can they give it all the good stuff to us consumer, we pay for it, we deserve it. no wonder la why all this time Nokia has always behind android and Iphone, emm maybe its their "cleaver" marketing strategy. Nokias idea, everyone need a lot of phone N8 for camera, E7 for qwerty, N9 for smooth and nice Ui, X7 for music, 701 for belle, 1100 for tourchlight, N900 for throw at dog (sure die one)....

That is because different people have different needs so they focus on various market.
At the moment to afford an Iphone 4 you need to come out RM2k+++ or get hook by telco to get a cheaper rate they wont make a Iphone 1100 at price RM150. But nokia whether you are poor , average or rich you can have your life style. Imagine you a big fan of iphone will you carry two iphone 4? or two different device? Different company have their own strategy let them focus on what they are good at. If you notice nokia phones have been appearing in alot of movies lately aka Tron = Nokia N8 Transformer Nokia X7 and Nokia 950 , Star Trek Nokia dunno what model and etc This post has been edited by aspire2oo6: Sep 28 2011, 01:38 AM |
