Want to ask you, when the new share come out, will the price EX- again, which means drop again or maintain?
*
The price of Mother Share won't EX- again... it will depends on buy/sell (aka market condition)

Hi,
Refer above, like to double check that the existing Hektar unit holder will  expect to receive the Offer letter for Rights issue from 5-Sep onwards only?   I am concern when the snail mail will actually deliver to my house  ....
Is there alternative way to confirm exercise/purchase of the rights via online or broker?    Thanks in advance

The Rights Subscription Form (RSF) will be sent to your registered address of the CDS account (non-nominee CDS).
You can also download the blank RSF once it's available from Bursa Malaysia.

The HEKTAR-TR is in our portfolio... Open Price RM0.19 per HEKTAR-TR

The PDF version of the HEKTAR Rights Subscription Form is available @ http://www.bursamalaysia.com/market/listed...cements/1054109

Can we use the same Rights Subscription Form to
1. Accept the allocated rights issue
AND
2. Excess Rights Application

This way we save on the RM10 Setem Hasil .... since one form is submitted.

The form has 2 parts. Part 1 is for Acceptance of Rights Units and Part 2 is for Application for Excess Rights Units.
*
So we can use the same form and put only 1 x RM10 Setem Hasil

REIT is the same as any stocks on Bursa Malaysia. Just use any trading platform you are already familiar with.

compared with the market price. It is not worth to exercise the rights.
better sell

Based on my earlier buy price of HEKTAR, I will exercise the rights + buy excess rights ... won't be buying HEKTAR-TR from the market

If apply for excess rights, the balance of $ (not successful 1) should be post back to you by cheque or bank draft?

Do you need 2 bank draft for it? Or 1 will do?
*
1 bank draft to pay for the Rights Allocated + Rights Purchased from market (4-11 Sep 2012)
1 bank draft to pay for Excess Rights

Hi, anyone can explain what is Excess Rights Application? Do i need to fill in this part if i just want exercise the rights i have?
*
If you don't intend to get the Excess Rights, skip that part.

Rights Issue allocated is based on Mother Share held
Excess Rights is Rights not taken up by anyone ... that'w why call "excess"
