Anybody's portfolio has the following Retail/Shopping Mall's Reits?

I have Hektar, but its portfolio isn't the most exciting (Subang Parade, Mahkota Parade etc). Wondering if it is OK to hold unsure.gif

I have 20k units of CMMT. I have STAREIT too but I guess it doesn't count as a retail sector REIT any more. I have a question of my own. Usually the advice is not to overload on REITs of one sector, i.e. you shouldn't buy more than one REIT from a single sector because technically they are competitors to each other. What do others think?
*
They are competitors to each other if they are in the same areas.

ya i am also temted to sell... really crazily overpriced. If we are keeping for dividends, it make sense to sell at high price
and exchange for lower price to get better dividend returns? But worry also, in few months become RM 4.00??

Added on August 16, 2012, 2:55 pmAny idea why the drop in STAREIT?
*
I check the DPU history for AXREIT here...
http://www.malaysiastock.biz/Corporate-Inf...curityCode=5106

AXREIT gave out distribution 5 times in the last 12 months?

Total DPU for the last 12 months = 4.30 + 2.80 + 1.40 + 4.30 + 4.40 = 17.20 sen
=> DY (at RM3.20) = 17.20*100/320 = 5.375%

Acceptable or not hmm.gif

When I did trading last time, I also got panic every time share price was down. Now I invest in fundamentally strong stocks, not so stressful...

Axis REIT Income Distribution Reinvestment Options

AXREIT issues interim income distribution of 4.40 sen per unit, but gives us the options of re-investing part of it (2.20 or 1.10) to buy new units. The new units are issued at RM2.68 each.

Guys, what do you think icon_question.gif
