HEKTAROn behalf of the Board of Directors of Hektar Asset Management Sdn Bhd, ECM Libra Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that an application has been submitted to Bursa Securities today in relation to the listing of and quotation for the new units to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Rights Issue and Proposed Issuance to the Manager on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.

ARREIT is selling Wisma UEP... = = = AmanahRaya Real Estate Investment Trust (ARREIT) is disposing of the Wisma UEP building to Tenaga Nasional Bhd for RM40 million.
In an announcement to Bursa Malaysia, it said the proposed disposal is in line with its plan to streamline its portfolio.
"There is limited upside potential growth to Wisma UEP, with occupancy of less than 50 per cent shown since September 2011," the company said.
ARREIT said the exercise would contribute positively to earnings for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2012.
