I have unrooted the phone already, so if i go to samsung fr warranty no issues right? What should i check cos im worried there might be traces that show i have rooted before?

Which samsung service centre is better if i wana try ask fr replacement if its motherboard issues, d pj one near avon or opposite berjaya times square?

And one more thing, should i try install stock rom again or straight go to samsung? Sorry fr so many questions, i really dont knw what to do...stressed to the core
*
watever u do, when they ask whether u rooted it or not, dun bluff. if they nvr ask, then dun expose urself la(of course). we wont know that is there any other traces for samsung technicians to noe whether the phone is rooted or not smile.gif

I gave up on RE already, no multipane/tabbed view is a pain (pfft) when you surf your filesystem on device extensively and a lot more often then using PC.

Now using total commander beta, if only RE goes multipane (sigh). I mean, iFile on iOS can even give you the option of running what, 8 tabs at once? THERE IS NOTHING EVEN CLOSE TO BEING COMPARABLE ON ANDROID, which, taking into consideration we're the more "open" platform (as we like to say), is really quite funny.

Even Total Commander only does two, sigh.

Multitab File Manager woiii la Android devs.

Anyway, on a lighter note, I've just ordered these babies from korea:

Hopefully:

1) The SGP Glas fits
2) My OTG cable fits
3) The vapourware Samsung 2000mah extended battery fits

Hopefully. I've thrown away so many cases for failing to pass no 2 alone.

bro, where is our USB OTG =.=

Now, what should i do? Im lost? Just rearranged some stuff.

take it, remove the back cover and slap it on your face? icon_idea.gif

giv u some guide: withdraw some agung face from ur bank, invest some on original accessories like microSD, screen protector and casing; and those leftover invest on original apps. comeon guys, if we wan more great apps to come to android first instead of ipon, den we shud contribute on purchasing original apps and let the inventors realize that robot pie is more delicious than apple pie!!! wink.gif

anyway, juz received order to root her sis's incredible S @@ hopefully ntg goes wrong rolleyes.gif

I did a bit of searching seem to be a bug on 2.3.3 and can't find any solution, anyone have any solution beside killing it manually every time =.=||

I think it's for OTG function. Since there is no official change log for this kernel (maybe in Italian forum), you can head to LeoMar rom thread, maybe there is discussion on this kernel.
*
hmm, so it means nympho doesnt support usb otg in ntfs mode?

there are 2 options, flash by odin or flash by CWM, download the file according to your requirement.
*
since lowyatlurker had answered your inquiry so i wont make a duplicate here. wat i suggest is to flash it thru cwm, more hassle free. jz use ur sgsii to surf the nympho thread and download it directly, then move it from "download" to the root of your internal sd and enter recovery mode, flash it.
