I need some suggestions. Specs below:

OS: Android
Price Range: RM500 below each(need to buy a pair/two sets, so max. RM1000 budget)

Required:
Camera at least 5MP
Adobe Flash support
Battery capacity at leat 1500mAh
Bluetooth
Wi-Fi
3G
NOT telco plan price (want to buy at one go instead of monthly, in case there will be time I'm unable to pay)

Preferable ( but not necessary) :
QWERTY Keyboard slide
got front camera
PC driver ( like Nokia's Ovi Suite ) so they can backup their contacts, notes, etc...
feminine appeal ( for example, have in pink or red color)


even for secondhands, there should be an estimation of price for good used phones. Suggestions?

Was interested with the Galaxy Y, but the camera is....and the battery doesn't seem to last long.
Also interested with the CSL Mi300 or Mi350, but not sure they support Adobe Flash or not.

Stay away from galaxy y, seriously. the 300 doesn't have adobe, from http://geekaphone.com/phones/Spice-Mobile-Mi-300 lah. And You could check out mi300, or ideos x3.

Why, whats wrong with galaxy y? I'm curious.


Hm...if Mi300 don't have flash support, I guess it's out of the question.

Haha cous got it, the cam sucks big time. And the auto-rotate hangs alot, typing's good since there's swype. And its a good overall phone, not to hate or anything. If you don't mind chinese manufactures, huawei is kinda good, not to mention affordable

i need advice,

i'm a phone noob, i pretty know nothing about them.
i'm buying my 1st smartphone to replace my lost handphone.

i'm aiming at samsung galaxy ace at price RM750.00(maybe neogociable)
but i fear as ace is almost 1 year old, and may soon to be obsolete,
from some web review(dated december), it does seem still able to keep pace,

or should i go with samsung galaxy W
its slightly larger, newer, better(?) and more expensive cousin
i didn't ask for the price, i'm guessing it would be selling at 930~950(but this is just guessing)
and spend less money in future month.

i don't change my phone as often, and planing to use this for really some time.

tl;dr:
samsung galaxy ace or samsung galaxy W

galaxy w is better

Galaxy W is way better choice than ace. If want long use, add abit for nexus s maybe?

Nexus S is around 1.3k not so sure. Galaxy nexus is 2k++

Haha its the same 1ghz, in fact nexus s has a bigger screen.

Does huawei have driver options (like Ovi Suite)? Had a CSL once, but it didn't have any PC driver.

Was thinking about galaxy mini, or htc wildfire s, but both battery capacity below 1500mAh

Um...maybe you've mistaken the price for xperia mini pro and xperia x10 mini pro. I browsed around lelong.com.my and the x10 is lower than RM500, but the xperia mini pro is above RM500....

Nexus S can get below 1k from garage sales. Maxis also selling at 799 without contract, but hard to find stocks

i think to choose between these two phones Motorola Droid RAZR and Samsung Galaxy s2(not skyrocket)

1. Brand: Samsung or SE
2. Budget: around 700
3. Specs: Android OS
4. What I need in the phone: Must be able to install Whatsapp and Viber. And also must have a decent battery life.
