I am deciding on which phone digi plan to sign up for...

HTC EVO 3D

OR

SAMSUNG GALAXY S 2

Both of them are so good. but I want to know which company produces better quality phone...
I know both of them are high end android phone, but I would choose QUALITY over SPEED/RAM/or whatsoever.

Please tell me more about them if you guys have both EVO and S2 hehe

Budget: below rm1k
Specs. (Ram: dont mind/Proc: dont mind/Camera's MP: 5mp at least/Screen size: not too big)
What you need in the phone: 1- really good camera 2- good battery life ( 3 days at least)

Nexus S vs Desire HD, which is better?  2nd hand both around same price.  Usage: web browsing, streaming audio, watching video, reading ebooks, GPS, Viber, must root (flashing ROM, maybe not), taking pics & videos... you know, the usual stuff.

Kinda scared of Samsung becos of the problematic phones (GPS problems in S/SL/S Plus, SOD in Ace, etc).  I'm curious, why is Nexus S not popular (at least in LYN)?

Actually my gf always prefer ace but when she found out the display sux she is kinda sad and reluctant to switch to other chice
If the display quality is still tolerable might as well ask her to get ace, any comment from ace owner?

Thinking to choose between HTC Evo3D and SGS2.Which is better?

1. Brand : HTC or Samsung
2. Budget: RM1000 (maximum) for NEW SET
3. Specs: I do not know. As long it takes great pictures / smooth / Camera with flash / Video call!
4. What you need in the phone : Video Calling Capabilities, Checking/Replying E-mail (very important to her)

She want a phone that have video calling capabilities so that she can video call with my mum. But my mum's using a normal phone. Samsung old phone I think, but it have the video calling capabilities.

I want to suggest android phone for her. But I didn't know whether android phone can do video calling with normal phone or not.

So sifu, any recommendation?

@Daniel - I feel that the Sense UI kinda stutters abit, that little bit when scrolling and panning though home pages, but as they say you can just download 3rd party launchers which is no problem for me. 

@Xeactor - Thanks but I don't really like the design of that phone, but it's an awesome phone though.

Guys I think I might go for the IS for the solid build and rubberised back with 8MP camera.
