main entrance is at the link road between zr & rainz..
if rainz nt able to get started, it also wont affect the main entrance..
but it will definitely affect the way traffic flow in & out of zr..

as long ur name is in the s&p and bank LO..u can apply from epf liao..

zr is under bukit jalil / dbkl..so no concern on that part..

access road to lrt is a confirm thing..but how is the traffic flow in / out from zr to lrt accesss..that still not yet decided...
everything depend on rainz + kr1 link road..

so, bkt jalil shud fall under mukim or daerah..?
if u got see other project such as km1 or treez, i believe their s&p also no mention abt bkt jalil..

alliance push for me islamic since they meniton can waive setup & maint fees

each floor parking will have its own entrance..
if u see the model, then u will see each level also got entrance de..
that is another of their selling point..

there will be +ve & -ve to few extent..
further away from lrt mean ur place wont be too congested with traffic...
but for those that plan to take lrt..they need to walk more distance..
