maybe he spreading rumors around to sked away other potential buyer
so he can easily get himself 1 unit 

that's my concern, those abandon shop lot really spoil the view anyone can make sure where is the main entrance for ZR? 

When can ZR can shoot up like ZVroom Rocket? 
after 1? dont say 1 yr ler..i can wait 3 yrs time to become RM670k

And the SPA didnt state the ZR is under bukit jalil , its under mukim petaling, not even a words write its under bukit jalil .... will it make any different in the future for selling price?

I abit angry cz the lawyer told me the ZR project name actualy is the ZR bukit Jalil , so it's nt really under bukit jalil, the address they will summit and apply only , but they cant promise the ZR got @bukit jalil@ address....

Suddenly worry about the road connectting the LRT & our areas , is threre sure we can use the road....? we all depend to the only road at LRT to connect to the highway... if anyting happen.... sure ZR "tenggelam"

but y the SPA didnt have "bukit jalil" address at all?

As i know :

1) Public Bank - only will gv the 90% loan amount from the price after discount.
                     - 90% loan for house price, 80% loan for car park price .

2) HL Bank     - loan tenure maximum is 30yrs
                     - can gv 90% loan for house & car park price

3) OCBC        - loan tenure maximum is 40yrs.
                     - can gv 90% loan for house & car park price, but the car park only can install 10yrs.

4) HSBC        - maximum loan tenure is 36yrs
                    - can gv 90% loan for house & car park price  

5) UOB          - maximum tenure 40yrs
                    - can gv 90% loan for house & car park price

Not worth it if your Z is for investment. -0.05% is very little but lock u for 5 years.

That map is very accurate especially after visiting the location last week. The distance between both LRT is surely walking distance about 600m my guess. I dunno but being that close to LRT has it's negatives as well especially if that LRT is popular. What do you guys / gals think?
