Back from the site, seems like ZR is very deep inside.
Hope they won't put the entrance of ZR as in the pic, it is inside an industrial area
Personally I find that the location of The Treez is better  hmm.gif

z res 1200 sqft = 460k
7% downpaymment = 33k
3 yrs progressive interest = 25k
total 58k

kr2 12++sqft from 400psf
from 500k
3% downpayment = 15k
dbis = 0 progressive interest..
total = 15k

short term = kr2 wins coz no need progrissive interest + 3% downpayment
long term = zr win bit bit coz loan amt is lesser

then u know the entrance will be at the link road of z res / rainz / kr1
there is no road connecting z res to treez..
