Do you know the distance between Block B and Block C? it is only 100 feet ... i have been told by SA ... i think you can listen the neighbor's speaking in opposite of block B

then distance between block C and kesas highway is around 50 feet ... sure the noise will disturb the unit facing kl view .....so it makes block C hard to sell ...

anyway.... I'm owner of ZR Block C.... facing KL view. this is my first house... hope my chosen is right one ...now pending bank's loan

Hi bro..just to make you more clearly even im not a staff there.
1) all water tank of condo or apartment should at the top floor not in the middle lvl. : if the water tank in the middle i wonder how those unit lvl from 15-23 get water?  that is just to restore the water. ( pls find out more from SA )
2) i did ask what about noise and water leakage. engineer told me, noise wouldnt hear as they dont know use what double or triples material to covering ( as far as i know this wont 100 % gurantee ). water leakage? is ur unit really NGAM NGAM below the restorer? if yes, it wouldnt only affecting you, unit below till GF also will be affecting.
3) lvl 13 bad? im chinese believer and i love 13 ( SAP SANG ) 
4) if now u considering 3 yrs down the road will it have issue selling. why not you think at the positive way? Eg: ppls like middle lvl unit and especially the no of 13?
