give u a hint...
normal legal fees + stamp duty = 2% of loan amt...
then u can count count the disc offer by ur lawyer...
this disc only for legal fees and not for stamp duty

block b & c is 100 feet = 30 meter..
i nt sure how true is that..
bt u jz imagine..between b & c is the garden...
with a space enuff for garden...so the distance will not be that near...
and c to kesas is 50 feet = 15 meter...??
u sure boh...?? i lazy to make arguement on this point...
u can think for urself if this is possible anot...

the water tank at lvl 13A is something like a pump that use to move the water to the roof...
if only use the pump at roof / ground floor..
it is nt enuff power to pull the water up..
