there are big different when opening and closing the sunroof. which means with the sunroof closed, the NVH is good.
btw i think u should choose the plus or non-plus from other view instead of the sunroof.
for example :
- do you think BLIS is a good features and would like to have it on your car ( if u are taking sedan )
- is Auto park, active city stop, HID, cruise control, auto dimm rear view mirror... do you need those?
- front parking sensor, which i feel is nice to have. but not sure do u feel that too
- curtain airbag

i also only tested on the sedan, never try on the hatch as i more interested on sedah 

I am interested to know the dyno results on the 2.0 MPI engine.

If its 163 on paper, i am putting 100 buck on the table that its below 130 on wheel.

hahaha ok my bad. i thought the MPI engine is on the K5.

the focus has powershift so plus minus 10 percent loss at transmission instead of the usual 20-30% on crapbox

when to SC to collect my car yesterday.But really pissed off with how they handle the process.On Friday last week, the officer rang me and told me that my should be ready by Monday, so I took day off on tuesday and when to SC without bother to call them first.

Unfortunetly , my car still not ready, still waiting for wire hardness.WTF    wasting my time .
btw , I had a chance to go inside the workshop and saw one new focus stranded  ,with front seat and the dashboard been taken off. Havent a chance to ask why

of coz i know can't compare like that 
just try to figure out how much the ecoboost cost

they just lower the equipment levels on the vios to make it cheaper and sell more because every uncle will buy for himself/family becoz its a toyota!

I think vios much more/almost same as new focus

for new focus, I find rear seat sedan much comfy than hatchback

havent go to test drive/when to showroom  new focus?

if compared to the old Vios 1.5G...definately the new focus has larger legroom. But if compared with the current vios..it's almost the same for legroom but...slightly wider....but you do 'feel' that it's very very small at the rear although you will have enough legroom and headroom....probably due to the lower roofline and smaller windows as mentioned by others.....need getting used to it.....anyhow....you will feel comfortable on the thick full leather...but it's a bit straight...need to lift the headrest up (a bit like current vios too)....
sedan ...due to the brighter interior colour...do give you a larger feeling as compared to the h/b ones....although....i was told both has the same interior size....but again...you will 'feel' it's larger for the sedan...slightly....

test drive it...once you are in the driver seat....u'll forget about all those interior size thing.....superb handling ....very very nice to drive....

but if it's for a family car....fetching adults....you might need to reconsider.....

so in the end...it's a toss between making yourself happy (buy it, driver's car!) or making your family members happy (buy a larger C-segment car, more comfortable).......

i'm still making my decision....need to bring my wife along for test drive.....hope she will 'accept' it

PS: wife n one baby kid sits mostly at the back....i'm the 'driver' most of the time hehehe

for those who like to know what downside there is with the new Focus, i'll try....
there are minor issues i had with the car as compared to the overall good side of it.
I have travelled over 2k now and been clocking between 7l/100km and 10l/km
first "major issue" with it is i accidentally pressed the MAX heater then the driver side went to just blowing hot air 
got this fixed at the SC in a half a day and they gave me a replacement car (the previous gen of the Focus) to use on that day itself.
i was kinda surprise, as this is Focus, not BMW... but then again I would think they did it as I was among the early purchasers and probably didn't want any bad complains from it..  it was a technical issue but it was fixed alright...
the other issue i have was when stepping on the accelerator it had some kind of rattling but really at some mysterious chance only it happens, i researched about it and seemed some US owners had such issue too but after 1k or somewhere around there, i don't notice that anymore
the front sensors are sometimes detecting something, even when reversing, but then again this is minor issue for me..
air con at the lowest level can also be too cold, is that an issue? 

this is so far the issues i had with the Focus, not too bad i think?

i'm not a car modder, so the 9 speakers is awesome to me.. 9 speakers!!
the door is so heavy and solid, just makes me think that safety is well prioritized in designing the car..
although it's heavy, the car is so powerful, i can pull away from other cars anytime easily.. i always enjoy using the S mode uphill
the DRL is very stylish, by looking at the reflection of it at the car in front
the auto leveling and again the cornering lights are plus point to me, you do a side turn extra lights brighten up further
auto dimming rear view mirror, finally i know how to enjoy it..
then again myself is having HID    but it doesn't really blind the front driver, although it seems like most cars will give way on the highway, i'm suspecting the HID though..
comfort is good, and passengers i've given a ride were mostly amazed with it, they said continental car is great in comfort and handling but i would define Ford as american more than continental
it feels so planted even at high speed and cornering, and after getting used to it, it even feels more fun driving it..
too much sounding of a broken record by keep saying how good it is.. 

i'm not really a car expert, so i'm just sharing my opinion as a driver who enjoys driving, without the need to mod anything, i feel that the Focus has been design with drivers like me in mind... 
(such as the manual mode is at the gear knob and not at the steering, you don't need to mod the ICE)

if you want to know anything else, let me know and see if i could have any answer for it..
