maybe not going the returns they are expecting... ex utp student and was on ptptn loan...

during my time they had to let go of some of the grads due to no vacancy in petronas... we are talking those under petronas sponsorship...

i'll be taking foundation in civil. u'll register there soon too?

mind to share the interview format?

mine was like they put you into groups of 5.. they give u and your group member some papers that have a similar topic but different task.. for example its about drought, u got to explain the cause of it while your friend have to line up a few solutions to prevent drought. U guys can list it on a piece of paper and they will give you a few mins to discuss with your group member. Later they will put you into another room where you wait for your turn to be interviewed. the first part was individually. after all of your group members had finished, they will call in all of you for a group interview. my tips: talk as much as you can.. they dont give a damn on your powderful england or brilliant ideas, just want to see how effective you work with each other based on your task.

its worrying me since my english is not really good and i scared if i stuck with my words during the interview..

The interview format you mentioned is very similar to the MUET Speaking test. Is it MUET ?

I see. Is that means that the selection is not over yet? Because I already received the offer letter and it stated that this coming 22th we will have to register and undergo orientation for 4 days, yet I have never been interviewed by UTP. So my guess is during the orientation they will interview us and if the students is not up to their standard, they will do something about it .

i also didnt know bout this.. make sure you all report the orientation week here okay =) just for a reference to the newbie next year. seems like the selection system had changed

guyss.. help me.. if in case u experienced this things... i applied utp online application back in july.. then when the day we have to check our result.. they send me an email and sms. so, after checked it.. status there is "successful".. then they said.. i have to accept the offer before 9th sept. and i accept the offer on that time.. means.. after i know that i got a place. i directly press the accept button. but today.. when i open it back.. i mean, the admission portal. the status there is "not successful/KIV"

anyone experienced this? i have send my accept offer letter through fax and all.. things that i havent done yet is just pay the fees.. i planned to pay it at utp during the registration day. is it affect the admission portal things? confused and worry now since i already reject the ipta just because to stdy in utp..

hopefully u guys can help me.. i tried to call utp but since today is a public holiday.. i should wait till monday. and i wanna strt my journey on tuesday. how can i packing my stuffs with this "unconfirmed" situation

oh my this is confusing bro.. but maybe they have wipe out the database thats why your application was unsuccesful since the record was deleted. I guess the best way to settle this is to give em a call. good luck
