What mobo r u using? If u r using nF2 chipset, u may start like 11x170.....11x180 or so don't suddenly jump to 11x200 (who knows.... maybe your rams can't run 200MHz?) BTW, try with loose timings when u want to find the max cpu frequency with 1:1.
