wat different wif sleep & hibernate ??

hibernate takes longer time to wake up than sleep! and sleep is mainly few hours or days but hibernate is for months! just joking. have no idea.

Putting your computer into the sleep state is like pausing a DVD player—the computer immediately stops what it’s doing and is ready to start again when you want to resume working.

Hibernation is a power-saving state designed primarily for laptops. While sleep puts your work and settings in memory and draws a small amount of power, hibernation puts your open documents and programs on your hard disk, and then turns off your computer. Of all the power-saving states in Windows, hibernation uses the least amount of power. On a laptop, use hibernation when you know that you won't use your laptop for an extended period and won't have an opportunity to charge the battery during that time.

Sleep, it turns off all the hardware except your RAM. Hence it eats a little power, but it gives you almost instant ON.
Hibernate, it turns off all the hardware just like shutdown(no power needed) with one extra procedure, copy all the RAM content to HDD. So, when you turn on the notebook, it copy back the copy on the HDD to the RAM and you have all your programs/files opened back just like before you hibernate it. Cons: It takes longer time compared to sleep and need some HDD space (equals to your RAM amount).

Uninstalled the default fingerprint driver, installed Validity Fingerprint Reader and SimplePass, but after restarting, it says the fingerprint reader is not recognized O_O Although it shows it's working properly in device manager

If install back the default driver and install Validity Fingerprint Reader and HP SimplePass Software ?
