any idea why my lycosa panel key, the volume key doesnt work with hp on screen display?? it works with the laptop media keys.

I asked about the webcam thing that day, it seems that I can't find HP True Vision HD in my device manager. but instead I did find this cyberlink Webcam Virtual Driver. I'm not really sure bout this stuff and I really need help D: Is there any solution to this?
