Have anyone tested Nfs Hot Pursuit or high end games or somethin' like tht on Dv6-6001TX ? Any lag or sluggish or more importantly overheat ** then instant shutdown . i heard rumors Hp Laptops suffered from major heating .

guys, I did something wrong today.After removing the battery to unlock the hdd and ram door, I accidentally put the battery back inside before closing the enclosure.Now I need help on how to solve this problem sad.gif

Your notebook bottom looks like this, right? except the two holes..

Slide the release latch to the right and put it back ?
Don't see how the battery would interfere with it..

tested my 6114tx,no lag at all on Hot Pursuit.. icon_rolleyes.gif
to early to tell about overheat but the temp quite good enough for gaming..

so it better to get this HP DV6001(i7) or N55SF(i5) ?

Can i played games with AC power because I rarely use my battery ...except when i carried it to class

moreover does this laptop have problem with its battery compartment such as trouble in putting it in etc..

Tried to refresh my windows rating but encountered error. Using 11.8 version driver now. Anybody encountered this error?

I guess? This does have better CPU and GPU but N55SF(i5) screen is 1600x900. If u are the type that need bigger workspace N55 is a valid option.
Mine plugged to AC 24/7...
No such problem.

I'm using bitdefender 2011 ph34r.gif .Din have this problem when i was using dynamic switching. Problem rises after I set manual switching.
