Passed by Zest yesterday, lots of "for sale/rent" banner hanging.
At least it is for shop lot only, not apartment unit

"White stick" is probably aluminum, whether it is safe enough is asking whether your aluminum window is safe enough or not.
Look carefully and you will see there is floor trap available at every single one of the yard. What I'm interested is that both floor trap (basin and shower) and waste pipe (wc) have been diverted out to the yard as well, that leaves me 2 questions: 1) What is inside the box-up in bathroom? (The one with shower head and stopcock) 2) Is there any ceiling in bathroom to cover the floor trap at soffit of each bathroom? |

Curious, has anyone signed the application form for water meter?
How can they assure the water bill charges is based on residential rate when we don't even signed the water meter application form? PS: At least we know TNB meter is based on residential rate as we need to sign individual application form. |

QUOTE(gunnerstkd @ Jan 10 2012, 08:21 PM) called Trinity and they said call them back on Friday to check the status whether banks have released the money or not.. I believe that clause is to protect developer so that the owner won't able to sue developer for LAD once the VP letter is out (regardless of whether you have received the key or not, 14 days later it will be deemed that you have receive the key)... the 14 days is just formality... no worries... Added on January 11, 2012, 9:13 am QUOTE(ukuan @ Jan 11 2012, 08:53 AM) Hi bro, I also OCBC Puchong brunch. U are Puchong also? Mine still no news on the disbursement. U know anyone which I can contact? Should able to trace via the address of the letter attention to your financier? This post has been edited by scchan107: Jan 11 2012, 09:13 AM |

Handed my defect list on Monday afternoon yet there's 70++ unit before me, wonder whether they can rectify everything within 1 month.
Just spent rm7k on electrical appliances from OnKing, looking at rm6k from Crown furniture, another rm8k from MFO, rm1k from Top Ten lighting, rm1k on painting whole house except ceiling, buy own paint and semi skill painter, full height tiles in yard area, "stole" some free tiles and semi skill tiller rm500 (rough estimation) on small plaster ceiling to cover ugly beam No price on cabinet, grill and curtain yet. PS: Pro tips, try ask management whether can pakai the 13A socket from electrical riser PSS: Did I mention how much i hate the big and small beam fly across my masterroom and kitchen? |

Still no TNB meter as of today @@
However management office has given verbal green light to use power socket from electrical riser, just bring your own extention cord will do. Bump into one of the renovation contractor in management office and he is advertising his show unit in level 3-3A, will be ready next wednesday/thursday. Side note: Any recommended place for curtain? Did some survey around, ready made curtain abit susah for the odd dimension of the door and window in Zest, while currently waiting for quotation from Macy. Hopefully can find cheaper places. |

Heads up, my unit is at Level 18 type A (furthest unit from lift), tested water pressure today, kitchen and center bathroom is okay, but masterbedroom bath abit weak, however not sure whether the roof top pneumatic pump is on or not.
For those who not familiar, according to Syabas requirement, water supply for highest few floor of high rise building requires either 1) Roof top tank with min 3 meter high plinth 2) Pneumatic pump with different pipe network from other floors If you check the riser, lower floor will be using ABS (blue plastic) as main dropper pipe while pneumatic pump will be using metal pipe (can't remember which material) Meanwhile on defect rectification, all defective electrical switch has been changed, but the contractor remove my masking tape marking and stick it on my intercom with dirty finger print all around. No sign of rectification on hollow tiles and defective window yet. PS: 1 of my access card failed to open any door (Green light but still locked), do check every single access card you have.
