Im using Etude House all day strong #1 Sheer Silky Skin

it's quite ok, then skin tone is even, but the coverage is not good at all, still see my panda eyes as well though.. it easily to blend in, doesn't need much amount.. there's one time that i applied too much, but under the light, it looks okay.. but i look damn pale when I took picture because there was a flash.. lol~ xD

I've only tried 3 BB creams in the past 4 years, Skin79 Gold Label, Etude House BB Magic Balm, BRTC Protect and Multiplex Balm, and Dr Jart Silver Label.

My skin condition:
Medium tone with yellow undertones, normal skin with occasional breakouts on my chin, visible pores, slightly coarse skin. Also, I have visible dark circles that people often mistake that I'm wearing dark brown eye shadow all around my eyes. =____=

My face is not oily but it'll turn oily and greasy if I use the wrong product...

Skin79 Gold Label
Texture: creamy biggrin.gif
Coverage is not bad but my face gets oily after 3 hours or so. T___T But it could hide around 40% of my dark eye circles.

Etude House BB Magic Balm
Texture: slightly thick
Didn't like it, very very sheer coverage, might work well as a base or if one has very nice skin. Concealer is needed and my face oils up in around 3 hours.

BRTC Protect and Multiplex Balm
Texture: cream, a little thick
This is actually not bad, coverage is pretty good but it didn't really work for me because it has a pinkish / salmon undertone to it, but that could be rectified with some loose powder. Covered around 50% of my dark circles and my face was ok for at least 5 - 6 hours straight. biggrin.gif Buildable texture too. A little product goes a long way.

Dr Jart Silver Label
Texture: cream, a little watery/runny
Of all bb creams I've tried, this is the best, the texture is a bit runny but not much product is needed, it blends very well with my skin and has a buildable texture, so I could pat 2 layers of this bb cream around my eyes and they'll be 70% hidden. Dusk on some highlighter and people won't notice.

Have been using this continuously for 2 years, finished a tube in around 15 - 16 months. I'm on my second tube now.

Hope that helped. :3

Finally tested some Rachel K, claimed to be more advanced "CC" but I can't tell the difference. 50ml tube twice larger than Maybelline, so not as expensive as it seems at first. Unfortunately, all three shades are too reflective and whitening for me. My skin has been unpampered, exposed to sun momentarily every day, so a bit tanned. RK is transparent and needs multiple layerings for trouble spots which is time consuming if I wait for it to cure between pattings. Maybe need a concealer stick on spots before applying RK.

Also tested Silky Girl which was surprisingly good for me because it is thicker and covers better like Maybelline but is more matte, whereas Maybelline and RK are a bit oily-shiny. Bad luck, Silky Girl was on offer and only the tester was left in that shop. Yet to find and try Clinique. The Garnier tester seemed similar to MB and SG.

Day 2 - Yes, Body Shop concealer under Rachel K on stubborn spots helps. After a few minutes, I can appreciate RK's advanced formula. The reflective whiteness oxidizes and darkens. It is very waterproof and hardly smears. I can carefully wipe lips after drinking, blow my nose, rinse my eyes, splash water on face and lightly blot with tissue but the RK stays in place with hardly any coming off onto the tissue. It doesn't cake up on rough skin spots as much as others, staying smooth and matte, much closer to my skin colour after a while.

Just try some of the testers in the pharmacies. They also have make-up removers to test. If you don't remove your normal stuff properly it will also clog your pores. After cleansing, I put skin oil on face and wiped with tissue. No signs of BB residue.

want to share my experience. when i first try BB cream i use Maybelline BB cream, cuz of the girl on it ads. look suitable for Malay skin. but i dont quite like it.
i watch lots of youtube video to find what brand will suit me. then i purchase a few samples from a seller. i end up liking Skin79 Absolute Total BB cream. it look a lil bit fair for me but when i applied the cream it blend well with my skin. been using it daily ever since.
it is good to try the samples first to find out which one will suit our skin better.

Some of the BB creams leave a slightly oily look so I'm not sure if anti-shine UNDER will do anything. I tried Revlon primer under but not sure that BB already has a primer effect. BTW Revlon is twice the USA price and doesn't do much for my problem areas. I notice some videos recommend concealer on spots AFTER the BB cream.

Hope to hear whether your Dr Oil helps.

Edited later: I wasn't familiar with that line, so looked it up and saw that there is a BB cream that goes with it, so I guess they want you to buy the whole package and it should work together. There should be some instructions for use? People with fairly good skin probably can do with BB alone.

There is one on Ebay now for merely $1.25 with free shipping. Need to bid though. It is the "sparkling" red one so might not be the shade you want.

BB Cream is a must in every girl's skincare tongue.gif

Well my 1st BB Cream was Bio Essence BB Cream 10 in 1. The texture is kinda thick to my skin & was a bit oily. I have a combination skin & used it only 2-3 times before keep it until the date of expiration in my closet :/ .

After a while, I didn't use any BB cream until I found Skin79 range. So far this is the best BB Cream of all. I'm using Skin79 VIP gold & the colour blend well with my skin colour.

Recently I bought the BBMousse by Maybelline. Just wanna try this as it's mousse type. On my 1st application, I pressed the can too much & the mousse balled up half of my palm doh.gif . However it's easier to blend & non greasy.

I wonder if any of you girls try the mousse type BB of any brands.

i'm interested to try BB mousse too.I tried before skin79 BB cream and Tony Moly too but all quite havy I feel, seems to not have much oil control properties and tend to come off on the tissue when I wipe my sweat =(
I wonder if the mousse will be better
