This dealer (Mr. Lai) is reliable, fast and always online. I would say that this is the dealer of the future. I don't think the telcos can do better than Mr. Lai because they are more concern with their bottom line than anything else. Whereas dealers like Mr. Lai, do what is beyond normal SLAs. I will be looking at Mr. Lai for my telco needs for a while.
