I'm just successfully transfering my Maxis number to Umobile.

What a tedious process.... hahaha
I'm a supp line in Maxis, i have to convert to Main line (takes 5 days, although Maxis say 48 hours)
Have to go to Maxis Service Center with the Main line owner (yes both have to be presence) to do the transfer of ownership of the number.
Then port to Umobile, send Lai the document and payment. (takes 3 days)

Note: Double confirm your name and registration address @ Maxis, before you provide Mr. Lai info.

For those who are supp line in Maxis, you have to do transfer of ownership to your own name.
(transfer to Maxis prepaid with a fee RM25, Maxis postpaid with a fee RM50)
Since, i'm going to port the line, sure i choose Maxis prepaid since it's RM25 cheaper.
