ok, 1st. if you trust umobile customer service more than me, you should proceed to the counter, i had done more than 100 mnp with the forumers here, some are within 1-3days, worst result is 15 days, every1 knows i follow their cases and try to settle ASAP... i wouldn't say all fault due to umobile system, but in most cases they are... , i believe no 1 can promise u to done the MNP within what what period even the CENTER
and i opted to refund in top up for you, this is the 1st case i offer since you are not satisfy with my service, thats fine,
and i should only say sorry for the reload take almost 2 hours that made you not satisfy, it reminds me to PUT a time range to reload in my topic due to you all expect me 24 hours are free, i believe most of you did request me to reload during 12am-2am, and how is my response and the speed i reload if I could,
so what i want to mention, who got questions b4 visiting me, please ask clearly, u all knew i will answer any question even like the grandma story, and please mention your self expectation to me b4 dealing, i m always glad to serve my customers happily

ok, sometimes i also find no1 to blame just to settle the case, since i knew no point to find the source of trouble made, there might be data entry mistakes, email failure... bla bla bla, i got more than 10 cases mnp facing such problems and call to center to reconfirm again and again even the details ARE COMPLETELY correct ...
