Details of the complaint : sell me different bag somemore broken 1.
after i send back the bag to her.she say repair for me.
but i told her the problem is differents bag i bought from her.
i ask for refunnd $/ send me the bag she post on thread.
after that i didt get any reply from her ad.

she sounds like a scammer to me. This chiali88 and danielwong86 may be the same person or husband and wife. Who knows.

I met a scammer like that also. Asking me to keep things quiet if not she'll not refund and stuff like that I settled things with her nicely with pm and she refunded me back full amount. I didn't know she scammed big time on lowyat until another forumer told me her bank acc is one of the scammer's.

I'm sorry for you. I do hope you'll get your refund back or the correct bag. If she's keeping the refund or bag herself then you must report the police and reward her a dispute tag so she/he may not continue her business here

I need to explain wat happen in this incident.
first,the buyer complained to me that the bag was broken after 2 or 3 days i shipped out.
but i check it before shipped out.and say I'm not responsible for this.
after she keep quarrel,i say it doesn't matter.i help u take to prada boutiqie repair, free of charge although i need to bear d repair fees.and i ask her sent back to me.
AFTER few days ,she told me d bag no look like picture again and ask me refund.
i told her no coz items out are non-refundable. just sent back i wil sent to repair.
after i sent to repair,she keep asking for refund and sent another bag to her.
btw,she start blacken my name by spreading rumors.
I can't bear it anymore.so,i decided to pay back her d money after deducted postage and repair fee.or i sent back to her d bag after complete repair.or sent another bag to her.
but,she rejected and asking full refund.wat can i do now.feel helpless.i'm only earn some money for my school fees.
and she threaten me she wil do something after get my details.
I already tried my best.hope she can accept d offer.
I will not make any response at here start from now.

than i ask for refund $ or send me the bag she post on thread.
but she say she wont refund me .and keep told me tats same bag.

i got told her the problem is diff bag.

Why then, did you delete all the details from your thread? It is as though you are trying to hide up your tracks, which makes us suspicious of your actions and explanations.

Besides that, why are the photos showing totally different bags?

in these case, please post the conversation where the seller stated that the bag is in good condition.

2nd thing noticed, seller stated she willing to bear the repair price when she take it back to LV boutique, but how come she said buyer need to bear the cost now?

So how's the case going? It is coming to almost a week soon since seller said she will send out another bag?

After seeing this. Seems like both side are trying to gain sympathy ... From what I observed about chiali88 (seller) and stacylee (buyer) both are at a wrong.

1. This matter could have been settled much more easier only if staclylee made the decisions herself instead of letting chiali88 to choose for her.

2. Based on the conversation, stacylee claims that the bag was sent to her was another bag and in poor condition (proven by picture). But according to chiali88 claims that it same bag and then afterwards say that the bag stacylee wants is in poor condition. Based on this part, chiali88 was being dishonest already as she has exposed herself that she now claims the bag stacylee wants is in bad condition but before hand thats its still in good condition. The wrong bag that was sent seems to be intentionally.

3. chiali88 also took her own liberty to send the bag for repair without confirming with stacylee. Then giving only 2 options to stacylee that either she takes the repaired bag or just a refund with deductions.

I only make my statements based on what I have read. Some could have been misinterpreted. I'm not making any accusation but trying to understand what is happening.

Seems like they're the same person, using another name to sell the stuffs. The seller atetd above use chialli88 to sell the same things in other forums.

My friend got cheated from her before. Got totally different bag from what she has promised.
But since it's only little money, she didn't bother to SMS her anymore since the seller didnt reply.

The location of seller Mrlim2012 seems like @ JB/Kulai area. Correct me if I'm wrong.

There's a dispute tag under lady1988 when I was about to purchase the Burberry bag from her few weeks/months ago, but she told me that was a misunderstanding between her and one of the buyers, and already resolved.

Although the deal between me and her doesn't make it in the end (I purchased it directly from USA), she sounds like a polite and sincere seller to me.
