After seeing this. Seems like both side are trying to gain sympathy ... From what I observed about chiali88 (seller) and stacylee (buyer) both are at a wrong.

1. This matter could have been settled much more easier only if staclylee made the decisions herself instead of letting chiali88 to choose for her.

2. Based on the conversation, stacylee claims that the bag was sent to her was another bag and in poor condition (proven by picture). But according to chiali88 claims that it same bag and then afterwards say that the bag stacylee wants is in poor condition. Based on this part, chiali88 was being dishonest already as she has exposed herself that she now claims the bag stacylee wants is in bad condition but before hand thats its still in good condition. The wrong bag that was sent seems to be intentionally.

3. chiali88 also took her own liberty to send the bag for repair without confirming with stacylee. Then giving only 2 options to stacylee that either she takes the repaired bag or just a refund with deductions.

I only make my statements based on what I have read. Some could have been misinterpreted. I'm not making any accusation but trying to understand what is happening.
