I need to explain wat happen in this incident.
first,the buyer complained to me that the bag was broken after 2 or 3 days i shipped out.
but i check it before shipped out.and say I'm not responsible for this.
after she keep quarrel,i say it doesn't matter.i help u take to prada boutiqie repair, free of charge although i need to bear d repair fees.and i ask her sent back to me.
AFTER few days ,she told me d bag no look like picture again and ask me refund.
i told her no coz items out are non-refundable. just sent back i wil sent to repair.
after i sent to repair,she keep asking for refund and sent another bag to her.
btw,she start blacken my name by spreading rumors.
I can't bear it anymore.so,i decided to pay back her d money after deducted postage and repair fee.or i sent back to her d bag after complete repair.or sent another bag to her.
but,she rejected and asking full refund.wat can i do now.feel helpless.i'm only earn some money for my school fees.
and she threaten me she wil do something after get my details.
I already tried my best.hope she can accept d offer.
I will not make any response at here start from now.
