Well this is a speciality of mine! There are quite a few options been put forward in this thread....some good & some very poor.....alas, there are so many solutions on the market that in can be very overwhelming! I know, I have been there!!....& as a woman it's not a great affliction to have!

The key is moving the jaw & in some cases the tongue forward, this opens up the airway far more when you sleep & pretty much eliminates snoring....some of the solutions on here involve putting the devices in hot water & moulding them to your teeth.....this is okay if you have a 'big bite' & very profound teeth...but I don't & they were just a waste of money!

There are 2 solutions that I can recommend as I use both. One is jaw related & the other tongue. I alternate between them both.....the reason being that the jaw one can get uncomfortable after a few nights (this is usual I am afraid but does get better over time).

I got so involved in this that I have set up a couple of websites about them (websites are what I do) & was getting fed up with seeing people waste their time & money on stuff that just doesn't work.

One of them I imagine nobody has come across, they don't really advertise & they are a little UK based Co.....they have their device in all the UK NHS Sleep clinics they are that good! I have been using them for years & said I would help them promote it....so they have given me my own landing page & exclusive offer page - SleepingDen.com. You won't find them anywhere else. They are just getting to grips with shipping worldwide so if you have any issues pls PM me & I can look into it for you.

The other one is the tongue based solution, the web address is in my signature.

Both work & I use them both. Please feel free to contact me with any questions as I consider myself a wealth of knowledge & have personally made it my mission to get people the solutions that work & avoid wasting money like I did! biggrin.gif
