I've been using this product two months and it really works in terms of eliminating snoring. However I've experienced some discomfort using it. Then I've found better solution, at least more suitable for me: http://snoringprevention.net/ It is very simple, comfortable to use and it is amazingly effective for my snoring and sleep apnea problems.

I have been diagnosed with snoring and mild sleep apnea. I try to sleep on my side but I often end up on my back and I think that’s when I snore.I have never been overweight and I quit smoking about 7 months ago. I tried CPAP – forget about it. I recently found a anti-snoring device that is working good for me. The most important is that it is comfortable to sleep with.
