@azel: thanks for your input for both rcmix v.2.3 and v.2.4. I have no doubt with arhd Rom but stability is my concern. Pls monitor the WiFi error / black screen issue is still exists for arhd v.1.1.8 with custom kernels. Thanks mate

mate, any of you has upgraded your memory card for Sensation? any recommendation? all inputs are appreciated =)

how much does it costs mate? i see big price gap between 16GB and 32GB, mainly due to the different class between them.

2. manufacturer warranty (5 years, or life time)

which rom that you're flashing? flashing kernel is like how you flash rom. place the .zip file at root of the sd card, flash it via cwm recovery

official update is available for android 2.3.4 at europe.. developers can build on the latest version for better rom.. yeaahhhoooo!!

current rom leedroid v.1.3 running on 10.43a.9007.00U_10.51.9007.27_M3

yea, later gonna flash the recommended radio (10.56.9035.00U_10.14.9035.01) before flashing leedroid v.2.

arhh.. another 100mb to go..

mike is doing wonders developing ARHD for sensation when he dont even has a Sensation with him while Leedroid is currently having his 9-day-day off from work.. hehe..

anyhow, i really appreciate developers' hard works for the custom rom's. i am back to leedroid's rom cos of the stability and features (sacrifice a bit on performance as compare to ARHD). impressed with ARHD too but the black screen and wifi issue put me back to leedroid.

if you're running on stock rom, wait for official OTA update.

otherwise, check on the update rom release by your custom rom developer.

1. download leedroid rom, save it at root of SD Card, boot into cwm recovery, flash superwipe (by mike), flash leedroid rom
2. you can uninstall (freeze) stock applications by titanium backup (DO AT YOUR OWN RISK, unless you're VERY VERY SURE and CLEAR on which application is fine to be removed)
3. my dear friend, please check and follow the changelog of each developers.. mike is working on the update of android 2.3.4 to his latest arhd v.1.2 which will be released in AUG 2011.

@chaossixth: yea mate. leedroid v.2.0. flashed the radio as recommended. restoring my setting then follow by applications restoring via titanium backup..

@chaossixth: why wouldnt you backup your applications via titanium backup?? or you have your own ways to restore all your applications + user data??

wow.. salute to you to list down / remember all your downloaded applications..

btw, i've done flashing radio, wipe cache, dalvik cache, wipe (by leedroid), flash leedroid v.2.0, flash fly in animation removal patch within 5 mins.. wont take you long too.. and i just done restoring all my applications + user data.. gonna setup my phone.. =)

and oh ya, i believe even if you're upgrading from arhd v.1.1.x to arhd v.1.2 (android 2.3.4 based), you have to flash the radio too.

*remark: fly in animation removal patch isnt working, reported to lee for rectification of problem.

i will just wait for lee to fix the patch for fly in animation removal.. he needs rest la, after close to 14 hours working on leedroid v.2.0 ever since he got his hands on the official release of android 2.3.4.

it is pretty easy to use titanium backup.

once you run the application, press menu > batch > choose "backup all user apps" for backup (can you choose which application to backup from the list)

to restore, press menu > batch > choose "restore all apps with data"

whoala and you're good to go..

chill man.. worth the wait for the download to be completed!
