idling battery drain is around 100ma?? that is pretty cool man! ARHD v.1.1.7 is ranging 160-190ma which i found is pretty great. downloading leedroid v.1.3 now.. hehe.. might try it by end of the week, shall monitor further on ARHD.

was unable to connect to wifi earlier and both browser (dolphin hd and stock browser) doesnt work. 3g seems working fine with connection but still unable to run the browsers. reboot and battery drops from 93% to 49%

connected to wifi and browsers are running as usual and charging my phone now.

btw, leedroid v.1.3 uploaded earlier is incorrect. please stop flashing if you have finished downloading. lee is currently working on uploading the correct rom for download.

welcome to the club! charge the phone then play around with it. know your phone better before you can decide what need to be done. ie stay stock, or root to flash custom rom's =)

chill mate, follow the step by step guides, then after 10 mins you'll tell us that you achieve root access and having dilemma on which rom to go for!

never got the chance to try again after a month that i activated the service. after flashing custom rom's and it is still valid, shall try the voice navigation one day to confirm.

bro, after you achieved s-off via revolutionary and placed the cwm recovery file in your sd card root, you have to disconnect your phone (usb) from pc. boot your phone by pressing volume down + power button until you boot into bootloader.

no one is like idiot here, we're here to share and learn =) when i s-off my sensation, i didnt plan to root and flash custom rom. it was my wifi is disable due to some known error in the cwm recovery, so i downloaded leedroid and there goes the start of ORD. lol.

posted the same earlier but getting no feedback on the bloatware that is safe to freeze.. i havent try out any myself so far..

that is path of learning, no worries.. hehe.. i did the same like you.. downloaded leedroid v.1.3 but it seems the md5 checksum is different.. download from another source again.. happy flashing pal!

running on leedroid v.1.3 (removing fly in animation now). it is freaking fast and responsive! shall let it sit in properly and monitor further. couldnt wait till arhd v.1.1.8 to fix the black screen issue.

the "formatting" is refering to SD Card or you're flashing custom rom? the chat history normally can be restored as long as you copy the content to the whatsapp folder in SD Card.

it is better to backup via titanium backup (that you can opt to backup the application, or application with user data) if you're to flash your rom.

try to re-install whatsapp, then let it generate its own folder. follow by copying your previous backed-up data into the folders respectively. see if it works, otherwise have to wait for master to point you the right way.

pull back for a while mate. mike is currently in final testing stage for arhd v.1.1.8. i switched from arhd v.1.1.7 to leedroid v.1.3 due to battery mis-reporting, wifi and black screen issue. no doubt, both arhd and leedroid rom is awesome in own ways. good works from the developers

was running on rcmix 2.3 and this morning i had black screen issue. switched to leedroid v.1.3 and now downloading arhd v.1.1.8. hopefully the stock kernel works better

if you're running on arhd v.1.1.x you can just flash directly, cos mike's rom runs the wiping by itself.

yea, it is your choice but if coming from same rom ie arhd v.1.1.x, it is not a must. if you're coming from another rom, wipe is a must then.

downloading arhd v.1.1.8 now, just couldnt wait for it..

which radio that you're using now? i flashed to the recommended radio by mike for better performance. just follow the steps, easy like one two three =)

are you running with stock kernel with v.1.1.8? it seems working fine but quite a numbers of xda members are trying with rcmix2.3 / 2.4 also reporting working fine.

screen remain black even you pressed the power button to unlock the phone. it freezes there but phone is still active, where incoming call / text / mail etc is still working.

my dearest friend, we are all still learning but please make full use of the forum, where members are sharing openly. the wake issue / black screen issue has been discussed over and over again, some members even posted their own tests with different kernels. at least, read thru the thread or if you can try to utilise the "Search" function in the forum. happy foruming.

@Azel: mate, appreciate if you can update us here with your run with rcmix v.2.4 on top of arhd v.1.1.8. 10 more mins for me to complete download but i will continue to try and monitor leedroid v.1.3 for another day or two. cos so far along all the versions of leedroid, it is much more stable that arhd (imho) thou it is not as responsive as arhd.
