you need to open SuperUser app and update su binary file. Let it finish download. Then problem solve.


On RCMix3D 234 since yesterday. Scrolling page by page are smooth. The smoothness that you never feel in any other roms. I think it's because of some enhancement in Android version 2.3.4

Well, that's strange. Let say you open any root app, you'll see su prompt right..? But you can't allow it or deny. You need to update it.

Then it will direct you to su app, just press update, let it finish then solve. At least, that is what I did. No such problem like yours.

Is it ..? Then rm50 is worth. Will try it, need to wait for allowance.

Well, have you try to clear cache and clear data for SU app ..?

Dolphin got free and paid version ahh ...? I installed from Market, can view desktop mode also and use GSC online.

Quite good for me. Can last a day. Smooth scrolling and nice.

Don't bother about SuperCID. It just a confirmation whether your phone already had ENG S-Off or not. You can download 'Quick Boot' (much easier to boot) from Market and from the app, boot into bootloader, you can check whether your phone got ENG S-Off or not.

So if done, just download ROM Manager from Market in order to install Clockworkmod Recovery. You also have other options on how you want to flash CWM.

Either this one or this one.. But I prefer and currently using the second link. Much better and more options using that CWM.

P/S: Meaning, if you want to use either one of the link's given, so no need to download ROM Manager.

Nope.. Errr... We can describe ROM Manager like.....a base to flash recovery image, flash roms that are supported by rom manager, fix apps permission etc etc.. You got options whether you want to flash CWM (clockworkmod recovery) using ROM Manager... or.... straight away flash CWM w/o using RM.

For me, w/o using RM is easier and save time (maybe a bit). Both links given is CWM but for the 2nd link, it's a customize CWM with a lot of options, not like a usual CWM. And I almost forgot, your DHD still don't have CWM, so the way you want to install CWM:

- Click 1st link, download current version of CWM 4.0.1.4
- Just follow the installation guide provided in the thread.
- Done. (Now you have a CWM recovery)

But if you want to try the CWM from the 2nd link's given:

- Download this. <--- Click
- After finish download, copy this .zip file into the root of your SD Card.
- By using 'Quick Boot', boot into recovery.
- Find Install from SD card
- Find Install zip from sdcard
- Find the .zip file that you put inside you sd card.
- Just follow the step and reboot your phone.
- Done. Now your phone got CWM.

Radio image are not included with custom rom. Only kernel included with custom roms. For radio image, you need to flash it after you flash a custom rom.

You got options which CWM you want to use. Either from the 1st link or go for 2nd link. But this is your 1st time flash CWM, so you must flash CWM from the 1st link first then you decide you want to stick with CWM from the 1st link or you can go for customize CWM on 2nd link.
