Radio S-ON is something like a security files that created by vendor (i.e HTC). So Radio S-OFF is a platform for you to unlocked the device, to remove the security, which means you can access some system files. Default setting for example like HTC is S-On, you can't do anything with it (un-rooted). It also have something to do with system partitions but I forgot about this.i think i got eng s-off and not radio s-off... didnt know both are 2 different thing...
Now, ENG S-Off a.k.a Engineering H-Boot Security Off is a files which will FULLY unlocked the security of the device. Meaning you now can have absolute power to gain access and full control of your android device.
So if you had ENG S-Off, then your device should be fine. So why bother about Radio S-Off.
