Hi Guys,

Just got my SGS+ couple of weeks back, have been stalking this forum to learn about android... rooting, flashing, etc...


Finally, flashed I9001XXKP4 2.3.4 stock ROM yesterday... couldn't really notice much difference yet...

Anyway, wanna ask about the games you guys managed to play with SGS+...

I have already installed 3d Chainfire with plugins and tried the below games,...

Bruce Lee - works great with default settings, although i think it only works with 2.3.4

Samurai 2 - works great with default

Backstab - I can only get it running with POWERVR plugin and with reduced texture size, but the game is very dark and can't see at all.... all other settings work, but FC during gameload...

NFS Hot Pursuit - I saw in XDA forum someone got this game running, i have tried everything with chainfire and still doesn't work for me... not sure is TW4 has anything to do with it? or did i download the wrong version of the game?

Assasin's creed - game runs on default, but not sure why the screen is like only 1/4 of my screen size...


Hope that some of you guys here have already managed to load some Xperia & Tegra games for the SGS+, please do share how you did it and the settings... pleaseeee.....

bout d games, i can play backstab and NFS on my phone. no chainfire require actually. maybe u got d wrong apk? never tried AS though

bought dis phone last week...satisfied with it...any recommendation for application that should be install...1st time using android here

Apps installation depends on whether you want to root your phone or not,...

still unroot..is there good apps for unroot phone...

More and more s+ users d, if everything goes well with my 3GS buyer this sat, I should b able to buy s+ directly after my 3GS is sold this sat....*finger cross hope won't get ffk this sat* wanna play all this cool games...

is there easy way to root dis phone..still new wit this android thing..afraid da phone will brick

Hi,
I've tried the apps2sd. It is the same.
But when I "unmount the SD" in the option menu then follow up by "format SD card". Then I can start move my application to SD card but using the custom Application management. Great!

is it better to get this or galaxy s i9000 now?

Ur 3gs cannot play game meh?

Hi, newbie using android.. just get the sgs+.. want to know how can we eemove the application especially the one that was installed when we purchased the phone. right now i can only remove the application thay i nload from the market only

root phone, get titanium backup, then u can freeze/uninstall those apps

can but i bore wit it d...wanna try smth new...plus i heard s+ is way faster than 3gs...

Why need to move to sdcard. Internal memory should be enough for you to install software already.

I not sure you were the same or not? Mine in unrooted version (I don't plan to root it due to warranty reason). Every time when I install the application. It will go into the "system storage- show only ~1 GB" rather than the "internal USB storage".
I understand that "internal USB storage" mostly for photos, music and other movies that you save. I can't seems to find way to move it into "internal USB storage" though
So I want moved it into the "SD" so I can let the "system storage" as it is while filling up the SD as application use.

Am I did it wrongly? sorry first time using Android phone. Still exploring.
