u follow this instruction?

- Switch phone off
- Press Vol+ and Power Button
- as soon as the "SAMSUNG" appears release both buttons
- as soon as the "Android out of the Box" appears, press the Menu button.

Remark: Don't press the Home Button during power on! Otherwise you will enter the RAM Dump mode.

w00ts!!! i just rooted my phone rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif

it's very easy guys, thanks to the guy in xda furom who made this. just follow the steps he mention.
here's how i did it.

1. In settings > wireless and network >USB settings > tick Mass storage.
2. connect your phone to PC.
3. paste "Root-i9001-Signed" in internal sd card.
4. Disconnect phone from PC.
5. In phone settings > applications > development > tick USB debugging.
6. Reconnect again your phone to PC.
7. Extract "Easy Reboot Recovery" and click on RebootRecovery and wait for about 2-3 seconds, phone will auto reboot.
8. Once when you see the icon of box and the android guy logo, press menu!
9. A new windows will open with a few options.
10. Use Volume buttons (press down) to choose apply update from sdcard
11. Press Home Key
12. Use Volume buttons to choose Root-i9001-Signed.zip
13. Press Home button to start update.
14. wait 2 seconds and Root will be installed. (you can see after that it will say sucess)
15. Choose reboot system now and press Home button to reboot your phone.

viola! you'll see a superuser app in your phone and its rooted! rclxms.gif
