I personally know teckhing and I have sent a lot laptop for him to repair before. Even sometime he is very busy but I dont think so he will forget of what he is fixing or doing...

So far Im satisfied with his job and I never go back to him after all being repaired...

TS maybe you can talk to him and see and solution on this.. I believe teckhing is a reliable/flexible person and he wouldn't spoil his reputation just bcoz of this job..
