dammm it
after chelsea equalize so early in the 2nd half
i was like after sturridge equalize
from my ratio:
favorites to be correct is Dario 60%, then me 30%, then sky 10%
as it reached 80 minute
ratio changed, me 60% dario 30%, sky 10%...i was smiling liao
88th minute i went WTF, what a sucker punch....the least favorite got his prediction right....fuk me
*
LOL! Got ratio one? What a horrible match last night. Lack of pace and energy from both sides. doh.gif

Chelsea didn't deserve to win but Liverpool didn't play that well to deserve to win as well!

What do you mean by least favourite got his prediction right? Check what was the final prediction placed, not what is written here. I stuck to my guns though. laugh.gif

Lucky week for me. Blues didn't manage any goals in 2nd hlf and 3-0 was spot on for 90 points. I noticed that quite a lot of ppl banked on arsenal to beat fulham, includ our overall leader. Poor chap lost his banker bonus also. sweat.gif

Fulham does upset big teams sometime. They did it again. Too bad did not manage to score this week. Will update the topic and leaderboard.

Was out of town for couple of days , no internet access.. cry.gif

At the form Arsenal was in, plus Fulham's woeful away record to Arsenal (and their OVERALL woeful away record), it all pointed to a comfortable home win. Looks like all the top teams except the Blues dropped points.

Kudos to Liverpool for holding City. In fact, if not for Hart's marvellous saves, the Reds could've scooped up all three points. smile.gif

Newcastle v Chelsea is going to be hard to predict. Doubt if Blues can pull off a win so perhaps a draw would be a considered a good result already. I seriously hope they don't lose as the gaffer is under so much pressure already.

Aston Villa vs Man Utd - MU shocked at home by Crystal Palace in the Carling Cup. Fancy that. I think Villa can hold on for a draw. MU have not won in their last 3 matches in all competitions.

Man C v Norwich - the question is - how many goals will the Canaries be plugged! LOL

Haha, Arsenal fan listen to Chelsea fan's advice? Anyway, we both kena kelong this week. sweat.gif Whatever I posted here is the same which I predicted. No talk cock. smile.gif

If not for banker bonus I'd be in the negative doh.gif

I switched two predictions last minute:

1) Ast 1-2 Man U switched to (1-1) doh.gif - after Man U's shock defeat to Palace - loss of morale, I thought.
2) Wolves 2-1 Sun switched to (1-1) doh.gif - after Martin O' Neill's appointment as manager though he only starts work next week. The new manager factor couldn't help save them I guess.

Gonna stick to my prediction for today's game. No more last minute switch. In any event, got my insurance chip on it so no more deductions for the week. sweat.gif

Bro,

On second thoughts, I might go for a draw for Chelsea-City, which I think is a good result already. Morale might be a bit low for City after the exit from ECL, but who knows, they might just bounce back with a vengeance. Chelsea has lost to Arse and Liv at home already. Stamford Bridge ain't the fortress it used to be under Mourinho.

Other games - I fancy Sun to beat Blackburn. First game for new gaffer, so surely the semangat must be there.

Other games to close to call and a draw is quite a safe bet.

I lost 10 points there but who cares as the joy of watching Chelsea be the first EPL team to serve defeat to City was priceless! laugh.gif

Hope this would be a downward spiral for City. Out of ECL and now lost their unbeaten record. Gotta keep the title race interesting! nod.gif

City at home not invincible. If gunners can beat Chelsea at the Bridge, surely they can upset the form book at City's home turf. At least grab a draw and slow City down a bit.

Arsenal fans - any confidence that Gunners can get anything out of the game? Speak from the head, not from the heart ya! biggrin.gif

What a horrible week! Blew my banker bonus and already -50 after one day. Plus Chelsea's miserable draw at Wigan last night. What a clanger by Cech doh.gif

Looks like a lot of us went wrong on banker bonus and in the negative. sweat.gif

Quick, I'm gonna wish for a draw for the Man City-Arse game. As for prediction, gonna wait til last min and check out team news before deciding on draw or home win. Being the Arsenal fan you can have the honour of boldly predicting an away win. laugh.gif

No wonder your banker bonus and insurance chip were unused. Weird huh?

Honours even at White Hart Lane this morning. I actually thought that Blues would lose and predicted a 1-2 defeat. Glad they came back with a point at least.

Extra bengang at Arsenal coz my banker chip was on them to win. Many put it on Liv but I actually had faith in Arsenal. Didn't expect to crash and burn like the rest. Not many has their banker bonus stil intact after this bruising round. sweat.gif

Finally, a high scoring round, although Chelsea messed up again!

Would've been much better if Stoke had beaten Wigan 2-1. Late penalty scored by Wigan and 30 points gone in a jiffy.

Happy New Year everyone!

I learnt my lesson earlier in the season to not put banker on Liv. Very unpredictable team, both home and away. Also for Bolton, for that matter. Quite a shocking result.

Not an easy week to pick banker. Mine was Stoke-West Brom but even that was not certain so I parked my insurance there too. Another surprise as baggies came up with last min winner.

Tonight's matches ought to be interesting.

Haha. Everyone's doing a bit slow la. Not helped by unpredictable scores these past weeks. Who'd expect Wolves to be thumped at home by WBA? Or for Bolton to lose at home to Wigan who are poor travellers? Or Swansea, who can beat Arsenal at home, but lose to Norwich at the same turf. Ridiculous!

Arsenal - Spurs
a tough one for me to predict being a GOoner
this game could very well go all 3 ways home win, draw, away win
i am really tempted to predict a lost for Arsenal for the very first time

p/s: have u guys ever predicted a lost for your own team?  laugh.gif
me, never

Spurs will take it easily. Yes I've predicted a loss for Blues before. I think vs Man U earlier in the season.
