Wrong game, mate. FA Cup final was last weekend. Pity that they failed to turn up on that day, or else we'd have a more rousing final.Good win. Ought to have been a rout. Perhaps 6 or 7 goals. Haha.

I guess it's not easy for ppl to stay focused and interested to play for the whole season. That's why a lot of them hangat hangat tahi ayam only. Or probably had a few tough early weeks and then totally give up.

Cheers, guys.
Lucky, I guess, coz Majakita had a 200+ points lead going into the last 3 weeks, I think. Sky, who were the winners of v1 until v3? Just wondering. Quick - tips? I think it all boils down to luck. As you can see I was ok at first, then started to stutter in the middle and in the end had good luck with Banker points which helped me boost the total. One thing I can say is that I always follow my head, not my heart. So, don't be afraid to put your fave team for a defeat/draw, and don't play banker on your fave team for the sake of it. Apart from MC's home form, I can't say any other team has been consistent at all this season. Looking forward to V5. |

QUOTE(Quick` @ May 23 2012, 04:36 PM) so you've always played to maintain 20 pts banker bonus week in week out? My first placing would be the banker chip to identify the best match. Sometimes I change it at the last minute also.noted......the banker bonus has been haunting me big time i always greedy go for the X3 ones..but they are really tough Not easy to bang exact score, but to get it right increases the bonus which makes big difference in your total score. Another tip I learned from you - put insurance and banker on same score. If you lose, at least it is 0 as opposed to -30 or -20. That would be for results which you are not really that 100% confident can strike. |

I'll back Ukraine to win simply because they are the home team.
Russia-Czech might fizzle out a draw. So might Fra - England. Group A is so boring (read: difficult to predict). Haha |

I wonder if the friendly matches can be a gauge of what to expect.
Italy got trounced by Russia last night. Ukraine lost 2-3 to Austria, albeit to a late goal. Italy might be bothered about the match-fixing scandal and flop really bad. Well, at least it's a good excuse for them to use, seeing that their squad is not impressive at all compared to the 90s and early 2000s. For some reason, am not really looking forward to the Euros. I feel like the players are so tired after a long season that they are already burned out. Noticed that during World Cup 2010 and the last Euros as well. What do you guys think? |

Haha. Relax bro. Sure can beat me one.
I betrayed my first instinct. Put Ukraine to win 2-1 with banker chip but after reading info on form and history, I switched to 1-1 and banker on fra-eng. Oh well. Long way to go. Group A is so hard to predict. Good luck to all. |

Spain v Ger would've been the perfect final. Now I'm not that keen to watch it. Not a huge fan of Italy. although it's good that the team I support, Spain, is still in for it.
Imagine if the Italians won. Spain would been thinking why they did not settle for a draw with Croatia which would send both teams through at the expense of Super Mario and gang. Haha. This post has been edited by dariofoo: Jun 30 2012, 09:56 PM |
