All in one unit... You got it... only by: Setia... "Builder Of Distinction"... truly exceptional finishing.

1) Take photos and submit back to SP Setia for them to rectify.
2) If SP Setia does not rectfy, write to Stake Holder not to pay balance Retention Sum
3) Post proof of (1) and (2) above

The complainant is just frustrated and spamming every spsetia thread. Can't blame him when almost all developers in malaysia sub the building jobs to company who hired nepalese, banglas, indons to do the work. QC is always questionable and thus, the rise in defects claims.

He should do it your way and approach them. If response is slow, the stakeholder claim is a good way to make the developer wake up.

Plus all use cheap materials or reduce the recommended mix of say cement, sand to save cost.

Won't see the results now but when u start drilling, notice a low of sand just pours out from the holes

Also, after few years, the electrical switches start failing in about 5-yrs

My previous house, switches was still okay after 30 years of on / off

Plus previous guy is opening himself for l_w su_t

i see got lots of SPS backers in this thread. Im staying in nusajaya, right next to bukit indah and i can confirm SPS does not have a good reputation in terms of quality of work in this area. but the list TS has written is quite shocking. never knew it could be that bad...

normallah, SP Setia quality...

Last time, i received the VP, almost 30% the floor tile never install proper.. they cut shor the cement and there hollow between slab and tile...

aiya.. bring the tools check everything lah... dont't give them face loo

sure after they complete the defect they will give you some survinior as token to mouth shut...

I think the property in question in your quoted post may be the bukit indah condo project just VP'ed.

wah SP setia so char one? still wanna built township.. under Eco world leaders already like that, now change new leaders from government to run Sp setia

faile project, sumore ulu sumore semenyih... ceh... Mahsing are better than off than this though price are more expensive

I have a question about quality.

I experienced one case of SPS product. When I drills holes on the wall, they are hollow and powdery ( not even sand ! ).

Will the developer accepts this as defect ?
