Cyberjaya to another Puchong ? I dont see how it can be another Puchong .. The selling prices for the development in Cyberjaya already exceeded Puchong prices .. If CBJ is a success, it would have been a more prestigous address .. maybe if it fails, then you can say on par with Puchong .. Puchong is from mid-low to mid-high class place ..
CBJ needs to be high-luxury class place ..
Potential of success is nothing to do with Puchong .. Puchong boom is caused by huge migration into that area ..
From high-luxury you dont want huge migration ..
i m interested to know if CBJ prices is sustainable in future ..
