Cyberjaya is only alive during weekday daytime. I stay in Puchong, but work in Cyberjaya for many years now and that's my observation. Night time and weekends daytime like driving through a ghost town. Given that land in KV is getting scarce, it's only a matter of time...but how long? That's the question.

Sure borh...at night restaurants still have many crowds, want drink chatime eat subway also need to queue sometimes worh. Lunch time worse still, hard to find car park!no population? Don't think so. Only ppl not staying here like u n me due to limited choice of amenities

If there is one place in the urban Malaysia which property bubbles will be created, the first place where it will happen is Cyberjaya.

I think Iskandar will be hit first instead of Cyberjaya.
